  30.    My preference would be to omit all discussion of hints.  We will
  31.    find a place for them when we get to URCs; we might do well not to
  32.    complicate the URN documents with them now.

  34.    I am not opposed to hinting systems, but as we don't have them
  35.    deployed yet we can afford to leave this issue to the future.

  46. Hints, as I defined them in the document, are the things that URNs are
  47. mapped into.  Without them we don't have much of a resolution
  48. service.  So, I'm a little puzzled here.
